• Each item is handmade and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once payment has been made.

• Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery. If there is an issue within my control, I will gladly work with you to resolve it.

• All of our items are handcrafted with real, premium-quality loose glitter. As with all handmade products, slight imperfections may occur — these small variations add to the character and uniqueness of each piece. No two items will ever be exactly the same! You may even find a few extra flecks of glitter — a little extra sparkle!

• Handmade means unique. Minor variations and small imperfections are part of the beauty of handcrafted work and should be expected.

• On epoxy items like tumblers and keychains, you may notice an occasional dip or bump. This is a natural result of the handmade process. Each item is fully sealed and protected, and we take great care to ensure the highest quality possible.
