• Turnaround time refers to the period from when your order is placed to when it is ready to ship.
• Please be aware that turnaround times may change at any time based on order volume and product availability.

Current Turnaround Times (Updated April 2025):

Sublimation Tumblers: Up to 2 weeks

Keychains: Up to 2 weeks

Hair Clips: Up to 2 weeks

Badge Reels: Up to 2 weeks

Epoxy Tumblers: 3–6 weeks

• Important: Shipping time is not included in the turnaround time. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is beyond my control.
